Terms of Service
Effective June 21, 2026
These Terms govern your access to and use of SEPTETRON (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
SEPTETRON lets you model a company as a graph of typed objects and run an autonomous growth loop over it — generating hypotheses, materializing content and products, and reading back results. Features may change, improve or be discontinued over time.
2. Accounts
You sign in with Google. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your access secure. You must provide accurate information and be authorized to act for any organization you represent.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not use the Service for unlawful, harmful, deceptive or infringing purposes.
- Do not attempt to breach, probe or disrupt the Service’s security or interfere with other users.
- Do not misuse automated execution to target third parties, send spam, or violate the platforms and channels you operate in.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of the data and content you create in the Service (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited license to store, process and display Your Content solely to operate and provide the Service to you.
5. Automation & AI — your responsibility
SEPTETRON produces hypotheses, recommendations and may take automated actions on your instruction. These are generated and may be incomplete or wrong. You are responsible for reviewing, approving and supervising any action taken through the Service, including content published and code or products shipped. Automated actions operate within the controls and approvals you configure.
6. Third‑party services
The Service may connect to third‑party tools and channels you configure (e.g. analytics, repositories, coding agents). Your use of those is subject to their own terms; we are not responsible for them.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non‑infringement. We do not warrant any specific growth, traffic or business outcome.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SEPTETRON and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your projects at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or to protect the Service.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes are reflected by updating the effective date above; continued use constitutes acceptance.
